Important Information about our Private Walks
The Historic Ghost Walk of Worcester can be run for private bookings on any night that there is no scheduled walk subject to availability. Scheduled walks run on Wednesdays from September to April and 31st October.
Scheduled Walks normally start at 7.30pm. However a private walk may start earlier or later to suit your needs.
We recommend an age suitability of 11 and over but ultimately this is a parental decision. All children should be adequately supervised at all times and remain the responsibility of their accompanying adults.
The walk takes 1.5hrs to 2hrs (depending on the size and speed of the group). It starts at the Elgar Statue, visits several different locations throughout the City and ends at the Guildhall. the Walk is approximately 2 miles long and is on flat hard surfaces.
Given some of the locations visited we recommend no more than 40 in the party.
The minimum cost of the walk is £100 (payable at time of booking). This covers up to 12 people. Additional tickets are then charged at £7 each up to 40 people. Any additional places can be booked in advance or are payable in cash to the Guide on the night.
Due to the nature of the buildings visited some have restricted access for people with mobility restrictions. Please discuss your requirements at the time of booking.
Please note that the walk will go ahead in any weather unless it is deemed by the Guide to be unsafe.
Private walks are subject to Guide availability.
